Fard al-Jihad (The Obligation of Jihad)

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

أنسية فيها يحار الفرد

She is a women in whom the individual is left bewildered

عند رجال الله كانت ورد

Among the men of God, she was a constant devotion

ل فاطم ثأر بسيف أشوس

For Fatima there is a vengeance, by a fierce sword

ل ضلعها يؤخذ بثأر المهدي

For her rib, vengeance will be taken by al-Mahdi

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

يامرجع سيفه لو طگ عادل

O Returner, when his sword strikes, it is filled with justice

طگ سيفه چنه چف أبو فاضل

The strike of his sword is like the hand of Abu al-Fadl

مو صعبه لأن أهله بواسل

It is not difficult, for his family are warriors

تتاني الثاره أعله الكاسر خاطرها

She awaits the one who will avenge her against the one who broke her heart

أعله ذاك الباب الدافعها وكاسرها

Against that Door, (she seeks revenge of) the one who pushed her and broke her

التطيح أتاني چف ينمد لچفها

When she was falling, waiting for a hand to reach out to hold her hand

الزچيه أنكسرت بس محد جابرها

The Pure One was broken, but there was no one to mend her

لبيك يا ثار الله

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

ما أشبه اليوم ب يوم الباب

How alike today is to the Day of the Door

يكسر ضلع سورة الألباب

When the rib of the Lady of Light was broken

ف نسل من يحرق باب الزهراء

For from the descendants of those who burned the door of al-Zahra

من نسلهم قد خرج الأرهاب

From their descendants emerged terrorism

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

من نسل الحره يطلع مالح

From the lineage of the free woman comes a charming man

نحييله الله حي أبو صالح

We salute him, may Allah preserve Abu Salih

وبجيته الحگ أبد ماطايح

And with his coming, the truth will never fall

حرب من كوكب كلمن عايش جمره

A war from another planet, everyone lives upon its embers

أنتظار الباب الباقي كاسر ظهره

Waiting over the still-unavenged Door has broken his back

بعد ثار الطف التارس فقاره

After the vengeance of al-Taff (Karbala) that fills his spine

أعله لوحة صبره كاتب ثار الزهره

Upon the tablet of his patience is written: the vengeance of al-Zahra

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

حي على فرض الجهاد الأكبر

Come to the obligation of the greatest jihad

في دم كل هاشمي كبر

Within the blood of every Hashimi it proclaimed greatness

فكل من عادى جنود المهدي

So whoever opposes the soldiers of al-Mahdi

جائوا موالي فاطمه ف ليحذر

The loyalists of Fatima have come, so they should beware

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

حوريه حبها صاير عباده

A heavenly maiden, loving her is a form of worship

وي المرضع كلشي من الولاده

And with the nursing mother, it all begins from birth

أتحزمنه وردنه بس الشهاده

We girded ourselves, and want nothing but martyrdom

و يحب الشهاده الخاطرها بينا يهد

And the love of martyrdom, for her sake it surges within us

ي گرة عينه للزهره اليستشهد

What a delight to al-Zahra's eyes is the one who is martyred

نتاني أمنه تحشمنه ألها ونفزع

We await our mother to call upon us, so for her we rush to aid

منرجع ألا برايه خظره من أنرد

We will not return except beneath a green banner when we return

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

لبيك يا ثار الله

لا يعجلوا جائوا رجال الهيجاء

Let them not be hasty, the men of battle have come

من ظهر أدم ومن رحم حواء

From the back of Adam and from the womb of Eve

لايعبثوا لا يعلموا أن جئنا

Let them not play around, do they not know that we have come?

مجيئنا يصبح بأمر الزهراء

Our coming happens by the command of al-Zahra

لبيك يا ثار الله

I am at your service, O vengance of Allah

زلم الحگ الثار عدنه أمربع

Men of truth, vengeance sits firmly within us

من الله والله زلمچ تخضع

From Allah and by Allah, your men submit to you

يم أسمچ كلنه يمچ نفزع

At your name, all of us rush to your side

ويهم واحدنه ياخذ ثارچ ذوقه

What matters to each of us is to take your vengeance, that is our desire

زلم من حيدر طينتهم مخلوقه

Men whose very clay was created from Haidar

وربينه بحبه وأعله الحگ علمنه

We were raised upon his love, and upon the truth he taught us

ودمه العاشگ ماينعز يم معشوقه

And the blood of a lover is not held precious for his beloved

لبيك يا ثار الله
