يا صاحب الثأر بسخط مريب

O Possessor of Vengeance, with a wrath that strikes dread

نحن لدعوى الله خير المجيب

We are the best to answer the call of Allah

And so the call within us never falls silent

مطالبا عنيدا ببأس مريب

Demanding, unyielding, with a might that strikes dread

تنصاع فيه المحن

Before which the hardships submit

فرع فقارك، وغير هزهم بالصايح

Brandish your Dhu al-Fiqar, and just shake them with the cry

مصخت دنيانه للوحة، وبس سيفك مالح

Our world has gone tasteless at the sight, only your sword has flavour

چا يمته الساعة يا المهدي؟ الدم فاير بينه

So when is the Hour, O Mahdi? The blood is boiling within us

خنخلي الطاير بجوهم يشبع بالطايح

Let us leave the birds in their skies to fill themselves with the (enemy’s) fallen bodies

قم زلزل الأرض وسبع الشداد

Rise, shake the earth and the seven firm heavens

نصر من الله وفتح قريب

قد جارت الأرض وحان المعاد

The earth has become unjust, and the appointed time has come

لثأر محسن فاطمة والرضيع

For the two unjust tyrants, the time of retribution has come
