O Pure One, these are my hands
They beat my chest for you, and my lament rises
Accept me, with these eyes of mine
The tears have prayed, and you are their Qibla
My life is service, and in service I will end it
And whoever serves you has no equal
O Great One, how generous you are
Whoever weeps for you, his eyes become beautiful
Take my hand O mother of Husayn, I came to you lost, and your sorrow is a homeland
I seek your tenderness, O Zahra, against every fear in this world
You are the mother of all existence, you are not only the mother of Hasan
Yes, O my mother

Your mourning is my concern
Your pleasure is my dream

O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra

I do not compromise, rather I fight
And at your door I find my creed
Whoever does not defend you has instead pushed on you (the door)
And contributed into crushing you
The one whose heart can feel is truly a poet
And whoever does not feel, we do not want him
This is our love, even if it exhausts us
We treat our wounds with a poem
We will never compromise with the one who pushed the door, the one who extinguished the light in your eye
The one who made your tears flow at night, while no remedy helped your ribs
It is told, O Zahra, that even your breaths caused you pain
You saw the slap
You felt the rib
You shed the tears
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
Service is my obligation upon me, so be pleased with me
So that Allah may be pleased with me
Leave only a little in my hand, do not increase it
So I may keep stretching my hands toward you
My provision is but a drop to you, I know
Too much pampering of me would harm me
Draw out my path, keep my heart thirsty
Do not let them take it away, O Pure One
Love is longing and a tear at night, and whoever does not weep, his love is a lie
Whoever has not wept for the broken ribs, has lived his whole life without knowing how to love
For your sake, my days pass with sighs, service, longing, tears and lamentation
For you, O Fatima
With my tears I come
And my name is ‘your servant’
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
O mother, O Zahra
